Diese Seite erklärt, wie du dein Skipily-Konto und die damit verbundenen Daten löschen lassen kannst.

So forderst du die Löschung an

Variante A — direkt in der App (empfohlen)

Skipily-App öffnen und anmelden
Auf Profil / Konto tippen
„Konto löschen" wählen und bestätigen

Dein Konto und die zugehörigen Daten werden daraufhin gelöscht.

Variante B — per E-Mail

Schreibe von deiner registrierten E-Mail-Adresse an info@skipily.app mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen". Wir bearbeiten die Anfrage und bestätigen die Löschung.

Welche Daten gelöscht werden

Kontodaten (Name, E-Mail, Anmeldedaten)
Bootsdaten, Ausrüstung und hochgeladene Fotos
Wartungspläne und -historie
Favoriten und Chatverläufe mit dem KI-Assistenten

Die Löschung erfolgt in der Regel innerhalb von 30 Tagen (vollständige, kaskadierende Löschung in unserer Datenbank).

Welche Daten ggf. aufbewahrt werden

Zahlungs-/Rechnungsdaten bei unserem Zahlungsdienstleister Stripe: aufgrund steuer- und handelsrechtlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten bis zu 10 Jahre (§ 147 AO).
Server-Logs: maximal 90 Tage, dann automatische Löschung.

Delete account (English)

This page explains how to delete your Skipily account and the associated data.

Option A — directly in the app (recommended)

Open the Skipily app and sign in
Go to Profile / Account
Choose "Delete account" and confirm

Your account and associated data will then be deleted.

Option B — by email

From your registered email address, write to info@skipily.app with the subject "Delete account". We will process the request and confirm the deletion.

Data that is deleted: account data (name, email, login), boat data, equipment and uploaded photos, maintenance plans and history, favourites and AI assistant chat histories — generally within 30 days (full cascading deletion).

Data that may be retained: payment/invoice data at our payment processor Stripe, due to statutory tax retention obligations (up to 10 years, § 147 German Fiscal Code); server logs for a maximum of 90 days.
